FIBER-SEAL OF charlotte

We are incredibly fortunate to have a small but mighty team that shares our commitment to exceptional service.

• Robert Nelson: With a decade of experience, Rob leads our technical services. His favorite part of the job is the “before and after” moment—seeing a client’s worry turn into relief and a smile when a cherished piece of furniture is restored to its original beauty.

• Taylor Nelson: As co-owner, Taylor focuses on business operations and accounting, mostly behind the scenes. Her favorite part is connecting with our customers and interior designer partners – knowing that our services provide not just clean furniture, but peace of mind for families.

• Patty Gasper: Patty is the friendly and organized voice you’ll likely hear when you call or email. She is the heart of our scheduling and ensures every client experience is smooth and seamless from the very first contact. It’s no wonder our clients absolutely love her!

• Charlie Elaasar: Charlie brings a fantastic eye for detail and a calm, professional demeanor to every home he visits. He takes immense pride in his work, ensuring that every service is performed to the highest standard of quality and care.
