Fiber-Seal of Milwaukee is proud to carry on a family tradition that began over 40 years ago. The business was founded by their cousin Carrie, and today, Brien and Milena are honored to continue her mission—protecting and preserving the beauty of Wisconsin homes, from charming historic houses to modern spaces built to handle the state’s unpredictable seasons. 

Milena and Brien truly care about what they do, because helping clients care for their furnishings brings real peace of mind. As a small, hands-on team, they’re involved in every part of the process. Brien manages the books and steps in on bigger projects when needed, while Milena is often out meeting with clients, applying product, and making sure everything runs smoothly. 

When they’re not working, you’ll likely find them outdoors with their kids or spending time with their grandkids—three so far, with a fourth on the way! Family is everything to them. And here’s a fun fact: Milena is a triathlete who has completed multiple Ironman races and national competitions. Staying active keeps her energized and ready to take on each day.
